An often overlooked engine oil leak is one from your valve cover gasket. It makes diagnosing other leaks difficult and makes for a messy and oily engine! On our SAABs, valve cover gaskets are an inexpensive and relatively simple replacement and it makes for one easy oil leak to take care of.

Additional Part Details:
Elring is the OE manufacturer. This kit includes both the inner and outer gaskets. Follow correct torque sequence during reassembly of the valve cover. Valve cover fastener torque is 11 ft-lbs. Original SAAB or Elring are the only valve cover gaskets that should be used, you may encounter fitment or quality issues with other brands.
