Symptoms of the failure of these blue rollers is typically a window falling in the door or a rattle in the door when closing it. They are found on the arms on the regular and there are 2 for each door. It can be quite the pain when these go bad but luckily it's an easy fix.
It's smart to do all of them while you are there fixing one door, as the other doors are probably going to follow suit.
